Waterfield’s Clubroom is a favorite for all who visit. A converted garage with kitchenette, bar area, and rocking chairs, the clubroom makes a perfect place to unwind after a full day of hunting and fishing. Some of the best hunting stories ever told have been told while sitting in rocking chairs, watching the sun go down! “Feel at Home” and enjoy grilling on the gas grill provided and picnicking in the clubroom to end your day.

Pond and Grounds

The property includes five acres of land of which three are cleared. The wooded area of the property extends to marshlands that border North River. A stocked pond with a fountain pump on the back lot makes a delightful area for outdoor entertainment. On a cool evening, relax by a campfire near the pond in the fire pit provided. Even enjoy fishing in the pond, but please “Catch and Release.”
